Ayurvedic Turmeric Milk
Ayurvedic golden milk, also known as Haldi Doodh or golden turmeric milk, is a super healthy drink to make this winter!

- 2 cups whole milk
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- ¼ teaspoon ginger powder
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon powder
- ¼ teaspoon pepper powder optional
- 2 tablespoon honey
Mix all the spices together in a small bowl.
Heat milk in a pot over low heat and add in the spices.
Let this simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and allow it to cool down a bit.
Now add in the honey and pepper powder and give it a good mix.
Enjoy immediately.
