Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup quinoa cooked
  • 2 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 7-8 almonds coarsely chopped
  • 2 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder

Instructions
 

  • Combine all the ingredients together in a large bowl.
  • Transfer it to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 25-30 minutes at 350F, stirring halfway through.
  • Allow the crisp to cool down completely. Transfer to a glass jar or an airtight container and store in a cool and dry place.
