No Bake Candy Cane Cheesecake Jars

Ultra creamy and oh-so-delicious, these no bake candy cane cheesecake jars are the perfect festive treat to whip up for the family!

Ingredients
  

  • 250 ml heavy cream
  • 200 gms cream cheese
  • 50 g melted butter
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 200 gms graham crackers (crushed)
  • 5 pcs candy canes (crushed)
  • 3 drops Peppermint extract (optional)

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, whisk the heavy cream until it reaches the soft peak consistency. In another bowl, whisk the cream cheese with the sugar until combined. 
  • Combine both the mixtures and add the peppermint extract. 
  • In another container, combine the melted butter and the crushed graham crackers. Layer this in individual dessert glasses and let it set in the refrigerator for a few minutes. 
  • Top this with the cheesecake mixture and allow this to set in the refrigerator for a minimum of 4 hours. 
  • Top this with the crushed candy canes and serve!
