Ridiculously easy to make, these candy cane wafer cookies make for the perfect last-minute festive gift for your friends and family.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pack candy cane (crushed)
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 pack vanilla sugar wafers
  • ½ cup desiccated coconut

Instructions
 

  • Once you have all your ingredients ready, here’s how to put the wafer cookies together. 
  • In a small bowl, add the white chocolate chips. 
  • Place the bowl in the microwave for 30 seconds.
  • Continue microwaving for every 15 second interval until the chocolate is melted smooth. 
  • Add 1 teaspoon oil if needed, repeat with dark chocolate chips.
  • Holding a wafer in one hand over the bowl of white chocolate, use the other hand to spoon the white chocolate on all sides of the wafer starting about ½ way down the cookie.
  • Once all sides are coated lightly, place on wax paper and decorate as you wish.
  • For dark chocolate wafer cookies, sprinkle coconut on chocolate coated wafers
