This 3 ingredient blueberry cobbler with cake mix is the dessert of your dreams. It is ridiculously easy to put together, and perfect for a quick sweet treat!
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Arrange the blueberries evenly in a casserole dish or ramekins.
In a bowl, add the cake mix and melted butter and mix together with a fork.
Layer this dry mix on top of the blueberries and pop it in the oven.
Bake for 30-35 minutes until the top is golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Remember to grease your ramekins with some cooking spray or melted butter to make it easier for you to remove the cake mix cobbler from the bottom of the pan. Make sure you don’t overmix the butter and cake mix. You’ll only need to combine it until the cake mix crumbles and sort of comes together, but isn’t like a dough. Instead of using just blueberries, you can also use some mixed frozen berries. To store leftover cobbler, just cover it up in cling wrap or a silicone cover, and then refrigerate it.
