Instructions
Dip the feta block in water.
Coat it evenly with all-purpose flour.
Heat olive oil in a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat.
Fry the feta until golden brown and crispy on all sides.
Transfer to a serving plate.
Drizzle with honey and fresh lemon juice.
Garnish with fresh thyme and serve immediately.
Notes
Use a block of feta rather than crumbled feta.
Allow each side to become fully golden before turning.
