Place the almonds in a glass jar or container and fill it with vinegar, just until the almonds are submerged. Allow this to sit for up to 2 hours.
Drain the vinegar, dry the almonds and transfer them to a parchment paper lined Air Fryer basket. Sprinkle salt and air fry for 7-8 minutes or until crunchy.
Notes
If you're not a pro at using the Air Fryer, it can be pretty easy to burn your food in there. Keep an eye on the almonds and make sure you remove them once they just start to turn slightly brown.
Remember to grease the Air Fryer basket with just a teeny bit of oil that has a high smoking point.
If you're making a big batch of these salt and vinegar almonds, resist the urge to dump them all together in the Air Fryer basket- they won't end up crunchy and crispy as you'd want them to be.
Make sure you spread the nuts in a single layer in the basket, and toss them midway through the cooking process.
