In a bowl, melt butter and add the Tajin seasoning.
Add the nuts in and toss well. Ensure all the nuts are coated.
Layer the nuts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake at 350°F for 10-15 minutes, or until the nuts are crunchy.
Notes
Depending on your taste preference, you can add as much of the Tajin seasoning as you want to.
Remember to start off with plain nuts- regardless of what kind of nuts you choose.
If you find roasted nuts or ones that are already seasoned with some salt, you may want to reduce the amount of Tajin mix you’re adding. The roasting time for the nuts will also be less.
Remember to layer the nuts in a single layer on your baking sheet, and use a parchment paper to make cleanup easier.
To make sure the nuts are evenly roasted, you’ll also want to toss them midway through the cooking time.
If your roasted nuts seem to have lost their crunch factor, you can pop them in the oven once again for a few minutes to get them crunchy again.
