Instructions
Use a sharp knife to cut the apples into thin slices.
Drizzle freshly squeezed lime juice over the apples and mix well.
Top the apple slices with a dash of Chamoy sauce.
Finish up with a sprinkle of Tajin seasoning and serve immediately.
Notes
Make sure you cut the apples into even slices for the best balance of crunch, flavor and texture.
Keep the peel on, or peel the apples before you slice them- it all depends on your personal preference.
Apples can start to get watery and mushy if stored beyond a day or two, so keep that in mind.
