Dump all the ingredients(except the coarse salt) in a pan and dry roast them until they’re fragrant.
Take them off heat, allow them to cool down, and mix in the flaky salt.
Stir until well combined and store in an airtight container in a dry place.
Notes
To make this seasoning mix low sodium, simply add less salt into the mix. If you can’t find garlic granules, use garlic flakes or dried minced garlic instead. I would recommend using a clean sealed jar or an airtight container to store this seasoning blend. Make sure the jar is completely dry before you add in the mix, and keep it tightly closed to prevent any moisture from getting it.
