Instructions
Finely chop the fruits, red onion and jalapenos add to a bowl along with the other ingredients.
Toss well to combine everything. Set aside for 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
If you're adding other fruits and veggies to the salsa, you may need to adjust the seasonings accordingly. Taste and adjust as you go!
You can also try using different seasonal fruits like oranges, stone fruit, tangerine, cantaloupe, plum and even apricots.
I used the apples with the peel on here. You can choose to peel them if you want to.
Chop the onions and fruits into chunks that are roughly the same size. I like to keep them small
