Use a fork to poke holes into clean, dry potatoes.
Massage the potatoes with oil and sprinkle some salt. Pop them in an Air Fryer preheated at 400 degrees for 40 minutes.
Remove and let them cool slightly. Make a + in the middle using a sharp knife.
Open up the potato a bit and sprinkle the seasonings and toppings of your choice.
Notes
The cooking time will depend on the size of your potatoes. If your potatoes are larger, air fry them for a few extra minutes.
If you're making these for a crowd, don't overcrowd the basket with too many potatoes. 4-5 potatoes at a time should be just fine, and make sure they're all roughly the same size.
Add the toppings right when you serve. Better yet- set up a toppings bar so everyone can get to pick what they like!
