Wash and clean mulberries. Add them to a mason jar with lime juice, mint leaves, sugar, and a lime wedge. Muddle gently.
Add seltzer water and give it a good mix.
Add ice cubes and enjoy!
Notes
Don’t have soda or seltzer water? Just use some Sprite instead. Remember to skip adding the sugar if you’re doing this though. I used sugar to sweeten the mojito, but you can use agave or any other natural sweetener of your choice, or even just skip adding a sweetener altogether. You can also try different variations of this fruity mojito by adding another berry along with the mulberries. Cranberries, strawberries, and blackberries are great choices. If you want to make and serve this drink at a little get-together you’re hosting, you can section out the muddled mulberry mixture into individual portions and freeze them. Then, all you need to do is let them thaw, put them in individual glasses, top with ice and seltzer water, and serve!
