These keto everything bagels are crispy, chewy and outrageously delicious! They're naturally gluten free and really easy to make.
Slather on some cream cheese or load them up with some smoked salmon or marinated carrots and turn them into a delicious snack. Even better- use them as the base to make eggs in a bagel - perfect for a quick breakfast to kick start your day!

Breakfasts have never been a huge affair in my household. We like having them quick and getting on with work. But on weekends and days when we just want to be lazy and relax, I love taking things up a notch and making something special- like my favorite egg bhurji or some avocado egg boats when we have fresh avocados at hand.
A few months back, I had some extra store-bought bagels, and I made a nice bagel avocado toast for breakfast. Everyone just devoured it! And that's what inspired me to try making bagels from scratch.

Recipe Ingredients

Flour: I used a mix of coconut flour and almond flour here. I would recommend using blanched or superfine almond flour for that characteristic chewy texture.
Everything bagel seasoning: For the topping! I love using my homemade everything bagel seasoning here, but you can obviously go for the store-bought version.
Greek yogurt: For that moisture and a bit of tanginess.
Egg: The binding agent!
Baking powder: To help the bagels rise and puff up.
Seasonings: Just some cracked salt and pepper. Use an infused salt like garlic parsley salt for some extra flavor.

This Olive Oil imparts light but flavorful notes of spicy pepper and fresh herbs into your dishes. It's great for cooking - it even stands up well to high frying temperatures. Recommended for dipping, creating, dressing and marinades and drizzling over finished dishes.
Substitutions & Variations
- For some extra cheesy deliciousness, you can sprinkle some freshly grated Parmesan over the bagels before you pop them in!
- If you're allergic to eggs, you can use flax egg or an egg substitute of your choice too.
- You can also experiment with toppings! I love adding my garlic bread seasoning sometimes in the bagel dough to make these extra flavorful.
